We go down to Manila bay some weekends to watch the sunset then stay and watch the fireworks from a bar later. Every Friday and Saturday the nearby Mall of Asia holds an amazing fireworks display. All the bars and restaurant have outdoor sections that look directly over the water so you can have a beer* or dinner when you are watching.
*Well I can have a beer, Mike has a coffee so he can drive home!

The sunsets look beautiful I am looking at them as I look out at the rain here.
